All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, Original Product Certificate and Invoice.
Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than WHP Online Jewellery Store), or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In case of return or exchange of diamond jewellery without certificate, customer shall be liable to pay the charges for the certification as decided by the management.
Returns must be received back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on CUSTOM MADE, SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (purchase using Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes etc) for incorrect choice or change of mind.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 24 hrs of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Please contact us prior to returning the items.
We recommend sending items back to us via same logistic service who delivered the product. The return shipment charges will be borne by the customer. WHP takes no responsibility for lost parcels.
Returns without a WHP return code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
The refund process will be initiated after analyzing the product and reasons for return. The payment of refund amount shall be credited to customer’s bank account through online bank transfer or cash deposit within 7 working days.
