  1. How can I place an order? You can add an item to the cart, and then continue to pay via Razorpay (Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, BHIM UPI, Mobile wallets etc.) or Paytm (Credit/Debit cards, paytm). Post placing a successful order, you will receive an email with the order details. In case you have not received an email, please email us on info@ssethnics.com


  1. I have placed my order. When will the item be shipped?  Shukriya you for placing your order with us! We aim to get all orders shipped by the next working day. In case of stitched items, the orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of placing an order. Should you wish to accelerate the shipping date, please call us on 7694841878 or email us on info@ssethnics.com 


  1. I live outside India. Can I still place an order to be delivered in India?  Yes, of course! Please put in the delivery address of wherever you want the items to be delivered in India.  Upon payment, please use Razorpay, and in the billing address, make sure you type the address of the card-issuing country. 

  2. I live outside India. Can I still place an order to be delivered internationally?  Yes, of course! Please put in the delivery address of wherever you want the items to be delivered in the world.  For shipping methods, please make sure you choose the appropriate shipping method (based on order value). Upon payment, please use Razorpay/Paytm, and in the billing address, make sure you type the address of the card-issuing country. 


Shipping Related


  1. What services do you use to ship my items? Domestic: BlueDart, Delhivery or IndiaPost  International: EMS or Atlantic Couriers In case you would like us to use another shipping service, please message/call us on 7694841878 post placing an order.  


  1. Can you ship my items via expedited shipping?  We understand that sometimes there is an urgency in receiving the items due to several reasons. Please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm that the items can be delivered by the desired delivery date. An additional shipping fees might be applicable. 


  1. How long does it take to get my items delivered? Domestic: We ship the items within 1-2 working days. It takes about 4-5 business days to get the items delivered to different parts of India. During busy periods like the various festivals, it might take about 7-8 days. IndiaPost may take longer to deliver items in remote locations. Please contact us for further information.  International: Atlantic Couriers take about 4-10 days based on the delivery location. EMS takes about 8-15 days based on the delivery location.

Payment Related


  1. How can I pay for the items i have selected?  You can pay via Credit/Debit card, Netbanking, mobile wallets, UPI through Razorpay and CCAvenue, and via Paytm.  For international clients, you can pay via Razorpay/CCAvenue. 


  1. I tried to pay, but the payment failed. How do I pay?  Sorry to hear that! Sometimes, payments can fail due to several issues (network connectivity, bank issues etc.). Please message us on 7694841878 and we will work it out. You can also pay via bank transfer - for more details, please contact us. 


  1. Do you have Cash On Delivery (COD)?  Unfortunately, we do not support COD at the moment. 


  1. Can I pay via bank transfer? Of course you can. Please message/call us on 7694841878 and we will set it up for you!

Returns/Refund Related

  1. What are your return terms?  We only return items in case of defects or damages with the product. Please make sure you select the item appropriately before placing an order. 


  1. The item I received is defective. What can I do?  We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can call/whatsapp us on 7694841878 or email us on info@ssethnics.com. Our team will sort your concerns out immediately. 


  1. What is your refund policy on defective orders? You can either select another item, or we can refund the amount to you in the same method of payment (debit/credit card) or bank account. Please send us your bank details and the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.

  1. I have a boutique/shop. Is there a way I can purchase items in bulk? Thank you for contacting us! We do deal in bulk, primarily. You can call/whatsapp us on 7694841878 or email us on info@ssethnics.com in order to discuss it further. However, we need a proof of business before any discussions are undertaken. 


  1. I would like to visit your store. Is it possible?  Yes. You can visit our Indore warehouse. Address is mentioned on the contact us page. Please note, we only operate from Monday to Saturday - 10am to 5pm. If you would like to visit on Sunday, please contact us prior to visiting to schedule an appointment.
