Fabric and Length: Cotton 2.5m Top, Bottom and Dupatta
Batik is a resist-dyeing technique where wax is used as resist to print beautiful patterns on cloth. The cloth is then dyed and boiled resulting in patterns with cracks. Batik is majorly found in three areas - Shantiniketan, Kutch and Bherugarh. Each of these places has their own unique style of block printed or kalam batik.
Wash Instructions: Handloom fabrics tend to bleed in the initial washes due to the presence of natural dyes. Please do not dry under direct sunlight or soak in water. Hand wash only.
