This is a hand-block printing technique from Sanganer, Rajasthan. It is over 5 centuries old and is still practiced extensively by skilled craftsmen. Delicate patterns and lines with vibrant coloured designs are the defining factors for this kind of printing technique. They also involve a soft-woven fabric with a strong coloured background. Especially known for its floral patterns and bright colours, these fabrics are perfect for kurtis, tunics and blouses!
*Colours may vary slightly due to a difference in digital and fabric colours**
Wash instructions: Handloom fabrics tend to bleed in the initial washes due to the presence of natural dyes. Please do not soak them in water for long periods of time as that can lead to the overlapping of colours. Please dry them in shade for long lasting colours. First wash dry clean is recommended as that is known to strengthen the colours.
